Easy Wire and Gemstone Earrings and Pendants

Easy Wire and Gemstone Earrings and Pendants

Handmade Necklaces Wireworkby Chardel Blaine

I love to make easy wire and gemstone earring and pendants. I can pull together a selection of beads and findings, and just start playing! I sell a variety of earrings and pendants both on my website and at art shows around the United States.

Here are a mix of semi-precious gemstones and sterling silver wire are transformed into unique gifts using simple tools and basic wire wrapping techniques. Even the ear wires were hand made!

Easy wire and gemstone earrings

Pull out your wire and beads, and start playing! Try different combinations of beads – mix up the colors! Use your pliers to make different shapes and just have fun! I can sit down with my supplies, and next thing I know I have several pairs of earring made. Easy Wire and Gemstone Earrings and Pendants are so much fun to make!

Make some simple earrings with just one or two beads in the drop, or stack ’em up and make long dangly earrings! If you are unsure of your basic wire working techniques, you can buy the earring wires and just add beads! I’ll warn you, once you start making your own earring wires, you’ll be hooked with all of the possibilities, and you won’t buy pre made earring wires again!

Most of all, have fun – and make a new pair of earrings and pendant for every outfit!
