Scrap Fabric Sewing Project Ideas

Category: Scrap Fabric Sewing Project Ideas

Scraps. So many times I think “Hmm, that is a good scrap of fabric for something.” But, what? Here are some easy sewing projects to use leftover fabric scraps.

Whether you save your scraps because you know you’ll have a project for them someday, or whether you are concerned about your fabric footprint, you’ll enjoy these projects that take just a little bit of fabric, and most, just a little bit of time.

From the tiniest scraps to bigger pieces, you’ll find some creative ways to use up lots of scrap fabric.

Let’s start with how to save your scraps so you know what you have. We asked some of our friends how do you organize your scraps. I will admit, I have some organized bins by color, and oh, ya, that huge bin under my cutting table.

Here are some great scrap fabric projects from home decor ideas to scrappy patchwork quilts. Some are great ideas for kids sewing projects, and great gift ideas!

You’ll find practical projects with great tutorials for your leftover fabric pieces from previous sewing projects.
