Make your next quilt using one of our free quilt block patterns. Easy to construct with simple step-by-step instructions, our beginner-friendly quilt blocks are a great way to start a quilt project.

We’ve got quilt patterns that use precut fabrics, like jelly rolls, charm packs, or layer cakes, as well as some great designs for using up fabric scraps. Some of them include video tutorials, all of them are fun projects!

Our patterns are good for quilters of all skill levels – from beginning quilters. We let you know which ones are perfect for beginner quilters, and which ones are best with a little bit of experience and perfect for experienced quilters.

Whether you are looking for a small project like a mini quilt, baby quilt, table runners, throw quilts, lap quilts, tote bags, wall hangings or a birthday quilt and holiday quilts, we’ve got some easy quilt patterns that would be great for your project!

We provide detailed instructions, including cutting charts for each free pattern. Our pattern instructions provide photos for each step of the process.

Some of the quilt patterns require simple techniques to create a simple quilt pattern. And, others require a bit more experience. If you can sew a straight line, you can make most of these.
