Rolling Panel Bar

This is a simple way to make recessed panels. I used 3/4″ superply and 1/4″ lauan with MDF for the bar top.

Inside are three shelves, the bottom one has the casters attached so the whole unit can roll around.

Mostly assembled. By simply stapling the lauan to the back of the frame, it creates the recessed panel look without having to inset the material. Works lovely for things you don’t see the back of.Rolling Panel Bar
Staple holes are puttied and sanded, 1/4″ MDF was used to cover the plywood lid for a super smooth finish.
